How are calls counted?: A "call" is one successful, billable operation — `remember`, `recall`, `forget`, `relate`, or one of the coding-pack tools. Failed calls (4xx, 5xx) don't count.
What happens if I exceed my quota?: Once you exceed the daily quota, additional calls return HTTP 429 until the next UTC day. We never silently degrade or stop responding — you always know.
When do paid plans go live?: Soon — billing infrastructure is in place; we're finalising plan limits and rolling out sleep-time consolidation. Sign up for Free today and you'll be invited to upgrade as soon as plans are available.
Where is my data stored?: In an EU region (Belgium). We don't replicate to non-EU regions. The full sub-processor list is in the Privacy Policy.
Do you offer enterprise pricing?: For volumes above the Team plan, custom data residency, or dedicated infrastructure — yes. Email contact@premex.se and we'll be in touch.
Can I self-host Memoria?: Self-hosting is on the v2 roadmap. For now, Memoria is hosted-only.
